The award-winning authentic Cantonese restaurant Lung Hin presents the recommendations of the chef from Hong Kong, as well as its menus with precious stones, which show the selected ingredients of the season when they visit for lunch or dinner. Guests can enjoy steamed Angus beef ribs with pepper sauce, fried Hong Kong pigeons with golden garlic and diced fried beef fillet with garlic as part of the Hong Kong chef’s recommendations menu.

On the other hand, gourmets who want to dine with a full, convenient set of Cantonese brackets can choose the Diamond or Sapphire Gem Set menus, available at Php 2,688 ++ and Php 1,588 ++ per person. The Diamond Set menu includes a trio of steamed meatballs with golden leaves, chilled marinated jelly fish and roast pork belly, fried Australian Wagyu beef with black pepper and fried Garoupa fillet with vegetables in XO sauce. The sapphire menu includes stewed Lung Hin hot and sour seafood soup, fried shrimp with asparagus in XO sauce and fried reserves with olive and honey sauce.

Café Pronto gives chocolate lovers real pleasure with its cake for the quarter, mud from Mississippi. Inspired by the traditional American dessert, the version of Café Pronto boasts an earthy depth of cocoa, accentuated by a variety of bark, mushroom, cream. All this contributes to a chocolate crescendo that explodes in a person’s mouth with each fork. The Mississippi Swamp Pie is also available in the store for pre-orders through the Pronto Café, located in the lobby on the ground floor of the hotel.
